Palate: Melting muscavado sugar, pears in cider and a little meaty note – reminicent of sweetcure smoked bacon lingering.
Finish: Smoke gentle unfurls with charred peaches and cherry lips.
Comment: Perfect balance and weight.

Nose: Punchy! Sizzling pork kebabs, pineapple and sweet peppers. Coconut and cocoa butter notes appear with hints of salted peanuts.
Palate: Charcoal smoke and sweetness covering the palate, cocoa butter stands out at the end, then bitter dark chocolate. Ripe banana skins, toasted oak, grated nutmeg and hot candlewax.
Finish: Full bodied with a dry smoky texture with hot spices warming from the back.
Comment: Leaves you parched and craving even more.
