Cox apple, lemon zest, toffee, and hazelnut. Cinnamon-dusted French toast. A touch of grassy spice, thyme-infused caramel, corn kernels, and coconut oil. Bitter orange marmalade. Ginger cake and milk chocolate.
Palate
Medium-bodied, silky. Corn bread, coconut oil, hard toffees, and hazelnut latte. Chocolate-covered raisin and malted milk balls. Freshly ground black pepper. Lemony citrus and strawberry coulis.
Finish
Long and spicy, with black pepper and toffee.
