Nose

Needs time in the glass to open up and then there’s a lovely floral sweetness — plenty of honeysuckle and clover. There’s some strawberry and milk sweeties too.

Palate

A touch of guava and green grass, some freshly squeezed orange juice and tinned peaches. There’s a lot of heat, understandably, so a dash of water freshens things up.

Finish

Without water, hot and tingly. With water, medium length with light sweetness.

Comment

An enjoyable whisky. Needed a little time after pouring to open up.
