Nose

A huge, uncompromising, very balsamic sherry monster. A touch of citrus and salt adds freshness.

Palate

Exactly the same as the nose. Balsamic, herbal and a little rough at the edges.

Finish

Good length with a touch of tar, cigar smoke and cinnamon.

Comment

Luckily, it hasn’t been compromised by sulphur tainted sherry butts.
