Nose

Eucalyptus and iced coffee. Aniseed balls. It became cooler with water and ashy in texture. Some waxy polish on dark wood.

Palate

Liquorice Allsorts, toasted wheat and spelt toast. Clean charcoal and flint with water and then some cinnamon. Hard to get hold of this.

Finish

The spiciness was lost with water, it became thin though.

I was perplexed by this but the new wood and beer finishing explain the flavours.
