Tasting Notes

Nose

A little shy at first and then Weetabix, wine gums and Tiger Balm. Warm woody notes like cedar.

Palate

Chewy caramel and red fruits. Some sweet spiciness but artificial. I need more from this.

Finish

Grippy then lost its bite.

Comment

I feel the new oak, heavy char has played its part but water has pulled it apart.
