Nose: A hospital note. Ether even chloroform. Slowly fading away to give way to candy floss, barley sugar, vanilla syrup, demerara sugar caramel. Then a distinct peppery note which balances the sweetness \r
Palate: Sweet and smooth. Burnt caramel, demerara sugar, treacle, raisins in eau-de-vie. Then that peppery touch of the nose comes back with an oaky touch.
Finish: Dry, peppery.
