Nose

Aromas of dried fruits: raisins and figs, with lovely nutmeg and orange marmalade. Toffee fudge, with salted caramel chocolate. Divine!

Palate

Silky redcurrants, raisins, sultanas and dried figs. Cranberry sauce and maple syrup. Thick chewy toffee with Tiramisu showing, followed by strawberry jam and Assam tea. Lightly viscous.

Finish

Warming, with golden syrup and vanilla, ending with tart elderberries.
