Nose

A wood in springtime: bark, moss and green leaves and a light floral underpinning along with rosemary oil. New car. Water makes it more dense. Coffee cake.

Palate

Discreet and soft with melon, peach, sweet persimmon. Dries towards the back where that mossy note reappears.

Finish

Tight oak.

More grip than the first three. More of a sensation than an eruption of flavour.
