Taster

Nose: Floral. Peppery. Prickly. Cider apple. Becomes buttery with toffee notes. Distant echo of creosote.

Palate: Sweet and sour. Pear-drop, pineapple. Varnish. Tangy in the middle.

Finish: Dry and assertive. Concentrates on spices and oak.

Comment: Nose is more attractive than the palate. Lacks elegance and cohesion.
