Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: Sun-tan lotion, cafe latte. Macadamia. Sweet with ripe tropical fruits. In time fragrant wood and shoe leather. Water brings out a lightly floral touch alongside caramelised fruit sugars. Balanced with some complexity.

Palate: Almost creamy to start, then flambéed banana white chocolate and great length.

Finish: Long and unctuous.

Comment: A very high quality grain.

Score: 8.3

Taster

Nose: Hints of steamed milk, leather and a certain exotic fragrance develops over time.

Palate: That milk note becomes more creamy at first then develops into chocolate.

Finish: Seems togo on for ages.

Comment: Well worth seeking out.
