Nose

Quite reserved. Plasticine and rubber bands, thyme, pear drop and wood smoke. Water opens things a touch. Instant coffee milk powder. A touch of engine oil.

Palate

Medium-light. Concentrated eucalyptus, smoked ripe green apple and pears, and a touch of capsicum. Liquorice stick.

Finish

Medium-short, on liquorice that fades to apple core.

Comment

Clean, balanced and spirit-forward, but takes a lot of time to open up. Too long, in my view.
