Nose

Bright, sweet Cherry Coke. Menthol. Spearmint gum. Fades into maple syrup, but cherry sweetness returns. Rose perfume and sandalwood incense. Green tea.

Palate

Warming, silky, and not as sweet.Rounded with golden syrup, vanilla, huge warmth from ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Chinese Five Spice.

Finish

Short and creamy, filled with strawberry jam, mint, and just a hint of stem ginger in syrup.

Comment

Simple, but really pleasant stuff indeed. A good spirit underneath it all.
