Nose
Cream and tangerine peel with some ras el hanout, dried thyme, coal smoke. With water there's toasted oak then coconut wax. Lightly earthy. Coal smoke.
Palate
As expected, a big creamy hit with a silky feel to start; the dry but fragrant spices hitting on the back, though the oak creaks through to dominate slightly. Not a lot in the middle.
Finish
Dry, slightly smoky.
Comment
Shows maturity but very front loaded.
