Nose
Sweet. Cereal, Sugar Puffs, banana, nuts, violet, sesame. Gentle smoke. Delicate and pretty.
Palate
Gentle, light and smooth. Kiln-like with notes of bran along with lychee and apricot. A smoky centre. Precise.
Finish
Nutty. Light smoke.
Comment
A good aperitif. Strangely like a Rockley Still rum.
