A good aperitif. Strangely like a Rockley Still rum.

Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Sweet. Cereal, Sugar Puffs, banana, nuts, violet, sesame. Gentle smoke. Delicate and pretty.

Palate: Gentle, light and smooth. Kiln-like with notes of bran along with lychee and apricot. A smoky centre. Precise.

Finish: Nutty. Light smoke.

Comment: A good aperitif. Strangely like a Rockley Still rum.

Score: 7.5

Taster

Nose: Sweet, breakfast muesli with fresh fruit and milk. The smoke is so reticent you could miss it.

Palate: The 'breakfast' nose comes through, with a little more banana, and the same shy smoke.

Finish: Elegantly fruity, with a little more smoke at the last.

Comment: Lightweight, but very drinkable.
