Nose: Oak at first with a mix of sawdust and young oak sap.Then sweeter notes rise. Caramel,vanilla fudge.Distant.\rchicken broth.

Palate: Velvety,round. Spices cover sweet flavours and dry the palate. A hint of Marmite spread. Black pepper.\rRoasted hazelnuts.

Finish: Dry,somewhat grippy and astringent.\rOak speaks up.

Comment: On the oakyside. Too old? Lacks subtleness.

Nose: White chocolate/Milky Way and marshmallow.All very up and light, but there's a suggestion of age..a\rslightly brassy note.Steamed golden syrup pudding,vanilla and juicy fruits

Palate: Fresher and more floral than the nose. Pineapple,grapefruit and blossom.Lovely.

Finish: Those juicy soft fruits again.

Comment: Lovely. Has retained freshness (or taken a long time to get here.
