Nose

To begin, lots of baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel) before brown sugar, sultanas, crème caramel, then a hint of raspberry.

Palate

Spanish custard slice, fragrant vanilla bean, and cinnamon sugar crêpes all make this a sweet treat on the palate.

Finish

Some notes of wood spice emerge, alongside heather honey and a medium-length finish.

Comment

Perfectly pleasant whisky but lacks some complexity.
