Nose
Things start out delicate and perfumed, with aromas of honey, dried citrus peel and Weetabix. It develops a more tropical fruitiness, all grapefruit juice and honeydew melon.
Palate
Cereal-driven with honey-drenched fresh fruit: melon, lime and grapefruit zest. A playful spiciness develops across the mid-palate alongside a slight tannic grip.
Finish
More sweet melons, crunchy malt and cinnamon spice.
Comment
The balance between the cereal and fruitiness, with a measured cask influence, is spot on.
