Nose

Mouth-watering strawberries, Chewitts and lime juice, hot hay and a little dusty, mustiness. Blossom. Real rope, such as is found on Tall Ships. Liquorice.

Palate

Lots of fruit, with strawberries and peaches particularly, squished over an oaky background.

Finish

That lingering, grippy oak.

Complex and changeable in the glass. Not only very tasty, but interesting.
