Nose
Cooked pear/apple, peach, quince, light vanilla pod. Some spice. Slight oilskin note. Fresh.
Palate
Distinct salt spray tingle, lightly nutty. Fresh, chalky but with depth. Very rich central weight. Liqueur Tokay. Plump pulp fruits.
Finish
Tingling, dare I say salty freshness, then spice and the fruit comes back.
Comment
A complex, paradoxical individual for complex individuals.
