Nose

Salted limes, coconut water, fresh rock pools and oyster shells. Shy and takes time but sweetens with apple rings and panna cotta.

Palate

Lemon and lime. A toasted warmth develops like key lime pie eaten at the seaside. Baked apples and fresh laundry on the line.

Finish

Fresh as a daisy, crisp and clean but has a subtle depth.

I didn’t see this one coming but I really like the influence of the Navigator.
