Nose

Elegant. Oak is combined with dark fruit and marmalade. Intense. Sandalwood. Turkish delight. Rosehip. With water, treacle and crème brûlée.

Palate

Crisp. Sweet at start but immediately followed by a spicy outburst. Same\rnotes as on the nose. With water more oak and more spices.

Finish

Dry, long, spicy.

Comment

It needs to be tamed by a dash of water but not too much. An elegant Bourbon.
