Taster

Nose: Leather, foam prawn penny sweets and iced gems.

Palate: Cigar box, heavy, heavy oak and over-toasted marshmallow. Big, bold and brash.

Finish: Cinnamon balls.

Comment: Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee?This does the opposite.

Taster

Nose: Leathery, with peppered pastrami notes, some rich corn sweetness, a little creamy sweet potato, roasted peanuts and hot buttered wholemeal toast as well.

Palate: Almond paste, marzipan, vanilla sponge cake, cherry juice and Virginia tobacco.

Finish: Rich and spicy notes, coupled with marzipan sweetness.

Comment: Superbly solid this, distinct and dynamic. A cracking whiskey.
