Nose

Rosehip jelly, raspberry jam, strawberry, sherbet and coconut milk. Lightweight, but summery in its approach.

Palate

Sweet malt, some rich tea biscuit notes, a dash of drying oak and some lemon zest on the very end.

Finish

A little tart fruit (gooseberry) stays on the palate as it dries.

Comment

Nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not intent on pulling the palate in any particular direction.
