Taster

Nose: Floral and mineral. Freesia. Chalk. Delicate and perfumy. Multilayered.\rUnwinds slowly. Lemon posset.

Palate: Smooth and mellow. Honeyed muesli. Pears cooked in a vanilla syrup. Touch of lemon balm. A minty note nicely balances the sweet flavours.

Finish: Drier,with a leafy note.

Comment: The nose is so close to that of a cognac grande champagne. The palate brings it back to the whisky family Appetising and well built.
