Nose

A pleasant dessert nose, with soft banana toffee and butterscotch.

Palate

Ripe fruit, some pronounced tannin notes, apple pips.

Finish

Quite short.Sweet at first but then astringent tannins kick in late on.

Comment

Nothing wrong with this, but a blend perhaps overawed in the company.
