Nose

Vanilla, pear drop, candied orange, cinnamon and clove. Sawn oak and a little polish.

Palate

Light. Sweet and grainy. Vanilla syrup, some baked apple and pear notes, and a little ginger heat. Then a little like Russian honey cake: rye sponge, honey, syrup and whipped cream.

Finish

Short, on vanilla syrup.
