Nose

Distant moss fires, wood burning stoves, pine forests in the sun. Honey roast peanuts, brown sugar, violin cases and old music books, leather notes too.

Palate

Spices come through in waves, a little anise, ginger and cumin. Pipe tobacco. Sweetness of juicy fleshy fruits, mango and kiwi, then the peat ramps up.

Finish

Big explosion of peat and spices and then it dries.
