Nose
Curious Oriental food note (chow mein?) some coconut and tarry smoke. With water it's all change, with cleaner and zingy lime notes.
Palate
Savoury olives and artichoke, sweet and woody, with a distinctive peaty and earthy underlay.
Finish
Quite long; rustic, with some salt and pepper.
Comment
A solid performer but not in the same league as the 1982 25 Years Old.
