Nose: Initially closed then this marine character wakes up. Damp embers,\rbracken, samphire. A citrus edge lurks after a while.

Palate: The smoke comes at the end after citrus sweets, lemon drops and\rorange sherberts.

Finish: Long with lemon drizzle cake.

Comment: Another great outdoors dram to pep the spirits up.

Taster

Nose: Grassy and smoky. Bonfire on a wet day. Damp straw. Bog myrtle. Wet sand\rand shells. In time, vanilla swirls up with lemonade to bring in a sweet touch. With water, freshly squeezed lemon.

Palate: Sweet and crisp. Lemon sherbet, hints of lemon grass. The smoke keeps\rmainly backstage.

Finish: Lingering, soothing on marzipan.

Comment: A wonderful freshener on a warm summer day, citrussy and smokier\rthan phenolic.
