Nose
Funky and vegetal at first, before someone spills TCP. Almond milk, cinnamon and salty preserved lemons are cooking over a flame.
Palate
Reminiscent of horchata – grainy in texture, with a body of cinnamon-laced sweet, starchy rice milk. A medicinal iodine character blows about, before you get stuck into a pack of Parma Violets.
Finish
Sweet, salty and wrapped in bandages, along with cabbage soup.
Comment
The peaty medicine box is balanced by creamy characters, but vegetal quirk marks it down.
