Fruity and oak are intertwined. Cider cellar. A mix of damp wood notes and sour apples. In the back a faint cinnamon aroma.

Palate

Round and mellow at start. Then a spicy explosion gives a fizzy feel on the tongue. Toffee and more liquorice. The alcohol is well-mastered.

Finish

Dry and nutty.
