Nose

Broad and clean with lemon zest, marshmallow. Lightly dusty with a little coconut and a big turmeric hit and allspice. Upfront and bold.In time a real hickory smoke aroma builds.

Palate

Immediate spiciness: ginger, cumin seed. Smoothes a little in the mid-palate, then the mouthwatering, fizzy rye begins to flow. Works well with water.

Finish

Crackling spices.
