Taster

Nose: Young, lively and swaggering.Lots of lemon peel and kumquat bitterness. The rye flour is back along with an almost lavender like perfume. Some linden blossom, cumin seed.

Palate: Very light and surprisingly restrained. Approachable and soft. Little bit of\rnutmeg just on the finish.

Finish: Zesty.

Comment: A solid enough performer, but lacks brio.

Score: 7.4

Taster

Nose: Playful and youthful. Swaps from sweet citrus to a bitter note. Ground\rspices with a floral edge.

Palate: Clean, carries that floral note through it. Slight woodiness with a little rye\rspice towards the end.

Finish: Refreshing and soft.

Comment: Considering its age a more mellow drink than you would expect.
