Nose

Young,lively and swaggering.Lots of lemon peel and kumquat bitterness. The rye flour is back along with an almost lavender like perfume. Some linden blossom,cumin seed.

Palate

Very light and surprisingly restrained. Approachable and soft. Little bit of\rnutmeg just on the finish.

Finish

Zesty.
