Nose

Iced gems and white chocolate cookies. Freshly baked apple pie covered in icing sugar. Vanilla-poached pears. Underneath, hints of malt loaf and caramelised banana.

Palate

Medium. Lemon and sultana iced buns. Summery fruit salad and vanilla soft serve. Candied pecans. Wholegrain toast and blackcurrant jam. A hint of turmeric latte and sweetened soy milk.

Finish

Some gentle tropical fruit notes come through before tannins dry it out.
