Nose

Unusual. Intense. Myrtle, paint varnish. Reminds me of the nose of holly berries eau-de-vie. Vegetal.

Palate

Sweet at first then bitter. Again the same character as that Alsacian eau-de-vie. A mint hint.

Finish

Short, bitter.

Comment

Difficult to class this sample in the whisky category. Some odd maturation and/or finish? Too bitter for my palate.
