Nose

Delicately herbal, almost hoppy. Stewed fruits and Skolebrød – custard, cardamom and sweet pastry. Tarragon and pink grapefruit, sweet cereal notes and a little maple syrup.

Palate

Intensely aromatic and fresh. The pink grapefruit character is remarkable, joined by zesty orange and lemon notes. Underneath all that citrus, pie crust and bran flakes, backed by a spoon of rich and sweet blossom honey.

Finish

Medium length, packed full of citrus. Remarkably refreshing.
