Nose

Deep and rich, with notes of morello cherries, dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and hazelnut brittle.

Palate

Lovely texture with a big hit of chocolate-covered cherries, caramelised bananas, vanilla custard, and honey.

Finish

Lengthy with a warming spice and an unexpected floral peppercorn note.

Comment

A really tasty whisky, this one is warming and full. Some notes I would normally associate more with a bourbon, but delicious either way.
