Nose

Beautiful delicacy — wafts from the glass in a hypnotic way. Lots of green apples, vanilla bean, and fig leaf, alongside just a touch of aniseed. Very sweet.

Palate

Blossom honey, jasmine, and green apples again, with a touch of grapefruit covered in white sugar. Great integration of the oak.

Finish

Shorter than expected but what was left was very pleasant.
