Nose
A mix of fruity and savoury. Cranberry and cola bottle, oyster sauce and brown bread. Damson plum and sticky toffee pudding. Chocolate sauce.
Palate
Medium bodied, slightly oily. Plum jam and milk chocolate-coated raisins. Toffee cake and candied red apple. Delicate almond butter on medjool dates. Subtle nutmeg and double cream. Some orange oils lurking.
Finish
Long. As the nuttiness subsides, the date and orange oils linger.
Comment
Well integrated, well balanced, well done.
