Nose

Sweetness of strawberry jam, crushed pistachios and stewed prunes. Meringues, nectar honey and gorse flowers. A massive bowl of fruit salad.

Palate

Hello fruit salad. Add in some crushed cumin seeds, herbs and a Bombay spice mix. All the nuts basically. A buttery texture emerges with sugar-coated beignets too.

Finish

The buttery consistency dries out the palate very quickly to allow a nuttiness to dominate.
