Tasting Notes

Nose

Shows an interesting mix of warm leatherette, dry oak, violet and Fry's chocolate créme (ie mint and high cocoa solid chocolate) and autumn leaves. Balanced spiciness where cinnamon is now dominating. Still some dusty rye in there. Dilute there's unripe wi

Palate

Good control here. Lots of dried citrus peels. The wood (cedary) is grippy, but the rye seems to muscle it aside.

Finish

Lots of sweetened spices.

Comment

More of a sipper than a cocktail rye.
