Nose

Ripe bananas, new leather, black pepper, molasses and stem ginger. Developing black cherries.

Palate

Big, dry, very spicy rye grain notes. Water releases blackcurrants.

Finish

Quite long and drying, with a pleasing oak note. Pepper and menthol.

A big, rye experience.
