Tasting Notes

Nose

Big and full, with vanilla, candy, over-ripe plum and peach, dusty and with lots of tannin.

Palate

A big boy bourbon - full on candy and rich fruits, saddle leather, cherry, cocoa and lots of sharp astringent woody notes.

Finish

Long and woody, with sweet spice fruits.Planning to drink something else? Don't bother.

Comment

Whiskey's answer to the new AC/DC album:old, male, predictable but damn fine, too.
