Medium. Sticky toffee pudding packed with dates. Meaty fried mushrooms and plum sauce. Dark chocolate ganache, raspberry, fluffy pancakes and maple syrup. Eucalyptus and candied ginger.

Finish

Medium-long, on toffee sauce and liquorice.

Inviting colour. The aroma implied a richness and complexity that the palate successfully delivered.
