Tasting Notes

Nose

Grated lemon zest, fresh cream, lavender, and a hint of violet. Pillowy sponge cake and fluffy meringue. Browning apple slices and vanilla rice pudding. A little olive oil.

Palate

Light-medium. Wheat biscuits with honey, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Fresh pear and apple, and a hint of burnt pie crust. Malted milk biscuits, golden syrup, and warming ginger spice.

Finish

Long, on honey and hazelnuts.

Comment

Light and spring-like. A drop of water draws out more floral honey notes.
