Nose

Heathery. Oak, light peat, damson jam. Lavender honey dripping off hot buttered toast. Water brings out sweet almond, orange and cumin.

Palate

Sweet and honeyed with balancing oak and a long unctuous feel. Leather and caramelised notes.

Finish

Tablet and a tickle of smoke.
