Oat crackers and tarragon butter. Fragrant cedarwood. Butterscotch ice cream and burnt sponge cake. Lemon peel and cooked apricots.
Medium-light bodied. Freshly baked butterscotch cookies. Wholemeal toast and apricot jam. Coconut macaroons, and white pepper.
Medium, on those butterscotch cookies and fragrant clove.
I would sip this with a cube of ice to mellow its oaky grip and enhance those fruity notes.
