Nose

There's some sulphur notes when unreduced but water pulls out incense, lapsang souchong tea, dried apricot. An 'old' aroma: all walnut, cedar and orange honey.

Palate

Sweet start with toffee and cream. The wood is a little grippy, but not overpowering.

Finish

Dry, long and lively.
