Taster

Nose: Assertive. Aniseed. Artichoke. Acacia flowers. Green fruit. Vetyver. Lingering peat in the back. Straw. Alcohol tingles.

Palate: Sweeter than expected. Oily. Thick. Very refreshing. Grated lemon. Liquorice mingled with toffee.

Finish: Peppery. Dry. Bitter chocolate.

Comment: Not a model of subtlety but a well-knitted character, in the light heavyweight category.
